The follow incidents were reported to Campus Security between March 23 – April 5.
The previously unidentified non-student who sent a bothersome text to a WCC student was confirmed to be an Ohioan male, age 17; same age as the student.
The man was contacted by public safety officers and was told not to contact the student again. According to campus security, the text was about a relationship issue.
The student withdrew from pursuing charges.
Campus safety and security asks students and staff to report any suspicious activity or incidents that occur on campus. Campus safety and security is open 24 hours, seven days a week. Call 734-973-3411.
