Medical Assistant. Assists in the examination and treatment of patients by tracking patient information, documenting the medical record, assisting with in office procedures and testing, administering medications and providing patient and caregiver education. Duties are performed under the oversight and direction of professional clinical staff and providers as outlined in the Clinical Support Staff Scope of Practice document. $1,000 Sign On Bonus for select FT and PT Medical Assistant roles.
Office Support I – Camp Dearborn. This position in the Camp Dearborn office encompasses a wide variety of assignments and responsibilities as needed for the operation of Camp Dearborn. Employee reports directly to the Camp Manager and works closely with the Camp Assistant Manager and the full-time Office Assistant I. Handles telephone or in-person reservations and inquiries for the Camp Dearborn operation. Collects fees and uses Point of Sale system. Uses RecTrac, Camp Dearborn’s software reservation and registration system. Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with other employees and visitors to Camp
Part-time Merchandiser- Evenings. Position is responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores (Grocery, etc.). This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location. This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period, as well as bending, reaching and squatting while merchandising and moving products.

Program Specialist. Provide mentoring at all assigned programs and facilitate group sessions. Participate in all applicable agency meetings and complete administrative tasks. Provide mentoring support to participants in alignment with the Girls Group standards during group sessions.
